World star vibes in Stuttgart
TLDR
Once a year the who is who of jazz and related genres takes over the city of Stuttgart for multiple days. For this years edition Opus decided to promote the concert of rising star Jorja Smith via the Future Demand platform and could see it pay off completely.
The annual jazzopen welcome Jorja Smith on stage
Jorja Smith has had a fast-paced career since her debut in 2016. The Brit has already collaborated with world stars such as Kendrick Lamar and Drake and is being mentioned as the successor to Rihanna or Amy Winehouse. For her concert at this year's jazzopen, London's Celeste and U.S.'s Suzanne Vega joined Jorja on stage.
Future Demand helped to promote three events in total
The concert was one of three events promoted via the Future Demand platform. It took place on the second Thursday evening during the 11-day jazzopen 2022 on the stage at Stuttgart's Schlossplatz, which is the center of the annual festival. Opus live, the organiser behind the jazzopen, decided to use a 4-figure ad budget via the Future Demand platform for the concert.
A couple hundred additional tickets have been sold
The ads run on Facebook were able to achieve an outstanding effect. More than 400 additional tickets were sold with the help of the campaign, which corresponds to an increase in capacity of almost 50%. The additional revenue generated was in the mid 5-digit range, exceeding the advertising budget by a factor of 20.
