Working Student – Customer Support (f/m/d)

Your Mission

At Future Demand, we’re building an innovative SaaS platform for data-driven marketing and demand forecasting. Our solution helps small and medium-sized businesses plan their sales and marketing processes more intelligently—and accelerate growth. To strengthen our Customer Success team, we’re immediately looking for a dedicated Working Student – Customer Support (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers: You’ll handle inquiries via email and phone.
  • Deliver fast solutions: You’ll triage incoming tickets, resolve standard questions independently, and escalate complex issues to the right experts.
  • Documentation & knowledge management: You’ll maintain our internal knowledge base (Confluence) and recommend improvements to streamline our support processes.
  • Technical assistance: You’ll perform simple diagnostics (e.g., screen sharing, step-by-step guidance) and implement minor configurations in customers’ systems.
  • Feedback channel: You’ll continuously gather user feedback and work closely with Product Management and Development to evolve our platform.

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled at a university (minimum one year of study remaining)
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in English and feel comfortable with German with or without an AI helper.
  • Customer-focused: You enjoy helping users and respond with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy: You’re curious about new tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira) and learn software quickly.
  • Structured: You keep an overview even under pressure and document your steps meticulously.
  • Team player: You enjoy close collaboration but also take ownership of your tasks. Previous customer support or help-desk experience is a plus.
